Your candy comes in packages of many shapes, sizes and materials and our versatile equipment can handle all your packaging requirements. Our vertical cartoners can be set up to run high speed dedicated products. Or they can run a large size range, from .75" x .25" x 1.25" to 7.75" x 2.50" x 11.00". They also have the ability to run different carton styles on the same machine - standard seal, tuck, gable top, you name it. Our flexible designs are carried into our secondary packaging equipment as well. Our multipackers can run both paperboard and corrugated cartons allowing you to run both style displays on the same machine. Each of our machines are designed to grow with your changing needs.

Over the last decade we have developed the product handling features needed to provide our customers with a machine capable of handling ALL of their pasta needs on one piece of equipment. The long cut pasta volumetric dosers accurately and cleanly dispense long cut pasta into tilt trays to be loaded into the cartons. You'll also have the ability to cut the pasta down in size as it rides along the tilt tray conveyor. When you add those features with a volumetric cup filler any combination of pasta can be run on the machine including short goods, mac 'n' cheese, long cut, and 10" to 5" pasta.

Powders and granules can be messy products, but we put extra thought into how to handle these products to keep your facility as clean as possible. When filling these products into cartons or pouches our equipment handles the flow of product and transfer of air to minimize product recoil and keep it contained to the package. We also employ different sealing methods to keep your product from leaking out of the package before it makes it into your customer's hands.

Over the years we have installed many machines for the dried fruit, nut and granola industry. These have included scale tie-ins, but our development of the adjustable flood fill system has proven to be an economical choice for our customers. Our customers' have allowed us to become quite intimate withwillingness to share their products and processes which has allowed us to develop unusual and effective waysan effective strategy to handle this sticky, inconsistent product efficiently with minimal waste. Our most recent installation was for a machine to handle both dried fruit and nuts, and coated sultanas using a flood fill system and a volumetric cup filler.

Pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals often require special construction specifications to meet industry standards and regulations. All our equipment can be built at different levels of construction - standard, wipe down, wash down, or caustic washdown to meet your plant's needs. The packaging itself may also have special requirements. Sometimes packages for the health and medical industry need to be child-proof, but not all child-proof packages are designed for automation. We can work with you and your packaging supplier to design your packaging so you can easily automate erecting, filling and sealing your products.

Our vertical cartoners and premade pouch machines offer the most flexibility to our contract packagers. These carousal type machines are built in a "building block" style to allow contract packagers to quickly adapt to new needs and projects. You can easily change package sizes and styles, even add or remove different filling features to run other products on the same equipment. Once our contract packaging customers buy one of these machines, it's not long before we are working on custom systems for them as well - adding conveying systems and case packers or hand packing and more.
