A single operator takes a pre-made pouch and loads it onto the pouch holder. This expands the pouch and holds it in place where it waits to be filled. Product is filled into the pouch through the spout above using one of the optional filling methods. While that pouch is being filled the operator will load a pouch onto the alternate pouch holder. Once the pouch reaches the desired weight it is released and deposited onto the discharge conveyor below to be sent to a pouch sealer for closure.
